Little Movers

Little Movers – Little Movers is a fun, LEARN THROUGH PLAY session. The program focuses on play where the children can feel in control of their own learning experience. Little Movers is a casual pay as you go class. Parent Participation required. Minimum 8 students to run the class.

Studio Programs Baby Time – Baby Time is designed by our qualified Early Childhood Educators aimed at offering affordable interactive & developmentally aged appropriate activities for babies aged between 03months & 18months. Areas of development include visual stimulation, building strength, tummy time, listening skills, movement & balance, fine motor skills, social interaction, cognitive growth & sensory play. Baby Time is a casual class. Parent Participation required. Minimum 8 participants to run the session.

Acrobatic Levelling – Students who enrol into our Intermediate Acrobatic class are expected to have a minimum of level five skills. Intermediate age students who do not meet level five requirements are expected to enrol into the Junior/Intermediate class. As a guide only, we recommend the following levels for Acro: Tiny Tot Acrobat-ics: Beginner/Primary/Level 1, Junior Acrobatics: Level 1/ 2, Junior/Intermediate AcroDance : Level 3/4, Intermediate Acrobatics: Level 5/6, Elite Acrobatics: Level 7/ 8

Little Movers - $8.00 Cash per attended class

30 Minute Performance Class: Term Fee- $90

45 Minute Performance Class: Term Fee- $110

60 Minute Performance Class: Term Fee- $130

Certified Programs

Acro Dance Pre School - We are an Acrobatic Arts Certified Studio. The AcroDance Pre School program is designed to introduce physical literacy, coordination, creative movement and basic acrobatic skills to students aged 2-5 years.

Acrobatic Arts - Acrobatic Arts is a certified program based on teaching safe and effective progressions with proven results in Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering & Tumbling. The program is designed by professionals & experts in Ballet, Modern Dance, Jazz, Contortion, Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Sport Acrobatics, Yoga, Acro Yoga, Pilates, Physiotherapy, Hand Balancing and more, you will not find a more comprehensive program. At DISW we have three senior certified and two assistant certified Acrobatic Arts instructors.

Discover Dance – Early Childhood Dance Education - The Dis-cover Dance program is a series of movement classes designed to introduce children to the creative and expressive world of dance. Each program offers children the opportunity to develop their natural movement ability in a multi-sensory environment. The program offers sessions in Discover with Me, Discover Tot’s and Discover Dance Levels1 & 2

Alixia Flexibility - The Alixia Flexibility program works with all levels of abilities & ages, building a solid flexibility foundation with the focus on injury prevention and safety. Alixia run’s courses all over the world with over 20 years’ experience teaching flexibility & contortion including at Cirque du Soleil making this program unique to our students. DISW currently have four qualified Alixia Flexibility Instructors.
